UI /UX Designer

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Gather user requirements, research customers and competitors, and develop personas and user stories.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with the product’s goals.
• Create and maintain usability documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools.
• Familiar with design system and creating reusable UI components.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Design user flows and navigation structures to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Design suitable icons for easy communication of underlying functionalities.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in design and develop the interactive UI/UX.

Skills

• Familiar with design system and creating reusable UI components.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Design user flows and navigation structures to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Design suitable icons for easy communication of underlying functionalities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript front-end frameworks.
